Single-phase

Our comprehensive range of single-phase relay testing products is designed to meet the diverse needs of relay testing professionals. Whether you require Current or Voltage sources, versatile variac-based units or precise electronic control, we have the ideal solution for you.

For those seeking flexibility in relay testing, our all-in-one variac-based PTE-100-C units are a top choice. These units offer adjustable output channels that can generate high power output voltage or current, giving you the control you need for accurate testing and enough powere to works as a compact primary injection kit as well.

When precision is paramount, our electronic control units are the answer. These units provide meticulous control over relay testing parameters, ensuring reliable and accurate results. Depending on the required application you can find Voltage convertible to Current and Current convertible to Voltage sets. And you can combine two of them into advanced set to cover the entire single-phase relay testing procedures.

To take your relay testing capabilities to the next level, consider upgrading to our PRO version. This upgrade includes the innovative PTE-FCN module, a Variable Voltage, Frequency, and Phase Angle Source. With this module, you gain the ability to simulate a wide range of testing scenarios with utmost accuracy, making it an indispensable tool for advanced relay testing.

No matter your specific requirements, our single-phase relay testing products offer the flexibility, precision, and versatility you need to ensure the reliability and performance of your relay protection systems.

Features of Single Phase Relays

  1. Current and Voltage Monitoring: Single-phase relays can monitor currents and voltages in single-phase AC/DC systems. This includes current and voltage monitoring relays for overcurrent and undercurrent protection, overvoltage and undervoltage, and phase loss monitoring.

  2. TRMS Measurement: Single-phase relays use the TRMS (True Root Mean Square) measurement principle, which provides accurate measurement regardless of the waveform.

  3. Window Monitoring: Some single-phase relays offer window monitoring feature, which allows setting an upper and lower threshold at the same time.

  4. Push-in Connections: Single-phase relays often come with Easy Connect technology, offering push-in terminals for easy connection.

  5. Overvoltage or Undervoltage Monitoring: Single-phase relays can monitor both overvoltages and undervoltages.

  6. Manual and Automatic Reset: Some single-phase relays support both manual and automatic reset.

  7. SPDT Output Relay: Single-phase relays usually have a SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) output relay, which can be switched between normally open and normally closed.

  8. Support for Process Control Signals: Some relays support process control signals (0 to 10 V) and current divider input.

Please note that these features may vary depending on the specific model of the relay.
